A honors system gym concept, there’s daily passes you can buy via Venmo to the owner and it’s a small gym that and has all the essentials. Especially for those just passing through and on vacation

Great gym in Garden City. Nice owner as well who knows her stuff. Good solid equipment selection. On my list for next season. Sent the wall sayings to the EHS Coaching staff as well. Fun place to workout while at Bear Lake.

I am visiting Bear Lake for a week and needed a place with a solid set of weights that was easy to access. Shed Fit 365 is an honor system. The door is open, there is a Venmo code to pay on the wall. The rate when I went in July of 2026 was: - Daily = $8 - Weekly = $20 - Monthly = $30 It has: - Dumbells --> 5 - 75 lbs - Barbells and squat racks - Treadmill - 2 fan bikes - Adjustable benches - Medicine balls/light CrossFit equipment for pullups/situps/ground work It's perfect for the transient workout. Literally the ONLY place in the area, so fortunately the owner is a very nice woman who makes sure it is a great place to catch a workout when up at Bear Lake. If you don't want to go too long without lifting while vacationing up at Bear Lake, she makes it easy for you to pay for a day and lift. The local members (including my father, Ron, haha) are super friendly, and there is everything you need to stay on track.
