We had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. The Cooktown franchise representative (Cooktown Sheds) is incompetent and has taken no responsibility for his errors. Cooktown Sheds told us a number of times during our building process that he would reimburse the thousands of dollars in extra costs but since the project is over he has refused.
