I called them regarding my shed, I built myself, I had a few issues and they were very good with explaining to me what the possible cause could be.They are great with their customer service Very happy.
Pete & Megan have been brilliant, great communication all the way and pushed hard to get the shed up before Christmas. Peter sorted all the government approvals, so I didn’t have to deal with government agencies ( big bonus). The shed is very well built and looks great. Thank you Peter and Megan for such a pleasurable experience, The shed was up inside two days. Will certainly be back for next shed.
I completed the Request a Quote info online weeks ago and to date no answer or acknowledgement. So today I rang them and got the option to leave a message as no one was available to talk to, but then a recording told me that the mail box is unavailable. Not sure how people can contact the company but also not sure if I want to if this is how the business is run.
Very prompt and professional good communication very pleased with the end result would recommend them to do your shed
