Chris from The Shed Company, in Ballarat came and talked us through what we wanted with our shed. We have a tricky site, and Chris managed subcontractors for the concrete foundations as well as the shed design and build. approvals took forever, but Sam had the shire on speed dial harassing them for us. Communicating with either Chris or Sam was pretty easy. The completed carport and battery room is wonderful.
Chris, Sean and Sam were fantastic to work with. Great communication, great team and very happy kinder kids!
Sean, Sam & Benny were brilliant to deal with all the way through and highly recommend their services. From planning, being patient with us through some amendments, colour selection right through to the build was brilliant. There are not enough o's in smooth to adequately describe how fantastic the whole experience was for us novices who always felt important and respected.
Missing some of the materials. When I addressed them over it, they basically told me too bad. I asked for help on installing the doors, they said they will call back. Never did. Absolutely no idea of customer service and happy customers. Terrible service Further edit as my comments in my review were not addressed correctly. Regardless if the kit was bought 3 years ago or yesterday, all parts should have been in there. They weren't. We addressed it with your manager today and were told too bad. They are amazing! Chris, Samantha and the team that we worked with to get our shed ordered, permitted and up and all the works in between done were 100% amazing. The shed is perfect. The works done to the property by their concretor John was immaculate. Their builder they used to put the shed up was beyond amazing as he did most of the work by himself was nothing short of amazing. He would clean up after every day he worked and left no rubbish or scraps laying around which is important when you have dogs and little ones runn... read more
