I had zero experience in any form of martial arts when I joined The Shed, but from day one, I felt completely welcomed. Coach Elliot is incredibly supportive, encouraging, and always willing to help—whether I needed extra training or had questions. The environment is positive and inclusive, and the other students were just as helpful, making sure I never felt intimidated by my lack of experience. If you’re new to MMA or looking for a gym with a strong, supportive community, I highly recommend The Shed!
My favorite place to train. The positivity in this community is infectious. The fact that you can go in and they receive you with open arms is great. And the knowledge of the professors is very strong and open minded. You are always learning. On and off the mat.
The Shed is a transformative and spirit filled experience that offers a supportive place to face yourself and all of your excuses / old stories that have been holding you back. Martial arts, youth athletic development, elite athletic training, pilates.. there’s a team of people that care about you and your goals. This is the place to be if you like feeling free!
Best place to train! Very welcoming from Day 1 you will work hard and have fun with it!! The best!!
