I had an appointment scheduled with Jo at Shear Elegance today. I showed up on time and the gate was still closed and the lights were off. I stood there dumbfounded for a few minutes, said hello loudly a few times, then texted the salon and walked away. After a few minutes, she texted me and asked if I was coming to the appointment. I said no. You know it's ok to not be on time every once in a while if you reach out to your client and let them know. I received no notice that she would not be open on time.
