I had the pleasure of working at The Shay for a short period of time. I'd say I was truly blessed with an amazing team. Karla, the property manager, does a fantastic job managing the building. Robin, the leasing supervisor, was really welcoming as he is to guests and residents at The Shay. Over all, very positive atmosphere to live in. Great property
Avoid at all costs. After living at The Shay for three years, I can confidently say it has gone downhill fast, thanks to constant management turnover. They do not care about current residents—people are moving out in droves. Security is a joke. Car break-ins are frequent, yet in March 2025, management prioritized repainting and cleaning the garage instead of addressing actual safety concerns.
