Great apartment overall. Management is friendly and diverse and takes care of issues timely. Great amenities. Great location. Safe. Pet friendly. Friendly community/neighbors.

I lived at The Shay for a year. As with any other apartment complex in Nashville, there are several pros and cons. Pros: -great location, OneCity always felt safe to me -excellent management and maintenance teams -somewhat walkable area -nice amenities Cons: -we think that our apartment had mold, and while maintenance did look into it, I felt that it was brushed off and not taken too seriously -parking out front for guests/rideshare was almost nonexistent, as certain residents felt privileged enough to park there every singl... read more

As a self-employed applicant, I asked whether a combination of verified business deposits and substantial liquid assets could be used to qualify.
