Am giving ZERO Stars to the RECEPTIONIST. I thought I booked an appointment through their website, but when my family member showed up nothing showed up in their system. I thought it was confirmed because I received an email through Booksy. Anyhow, I called the front desk confused and was hoping that I could receive some help.
