We were lucky to have Stacie Rupp as our buyer agent. She was always on time for showing and made sure that we knew she was always available to show a house when we wanted to see one. She had a lot of input on the homes that we viewed and the house we chose! ⭐️
This review is 2 parts, first on the actual realtor, second on the home buying process and what happens "after." Daniela Rojas is great, the team here is great. I have no complaints about them as a whole. What I do have an issue with is the inspection/home warranty process. For starters, DO NOT use the inspection people they recommend. While I'm sure they are fine on their own, the individual was very "meh" with my inspection. (this is somewhat on me, I should have got my own.) Working with Daniela Rojas from Dawn Sharp’s Homes Team was a great experience. She was super helpful, always quick to respond, always showed up when we needed her and really listened to what we were looking for. Daniela made the whole process way less stressful and was just awesome to work with from start to finish. Constant spam calls begging to sell my house. They also love to send texts too. I've blocked over 5 phone numbers from these vultures, and they just come up with new ones. I'm sure this review will be removed, but hopefully it will turn someone away from using them before it is.
