I have to agree with the majority of these reviews. Initial contact was early November she came to my home and told me by the time I move in the blinds should be ready to be installed. I moved into my place in early December and did not receive my blinds until beginning of April. There was always and excuse such as: part did not come in, product came in and it is damaged and there is more o just cant remember them. I cannot believe 'Shady Lady' (aptly named) is still 'doing business' (I use the term loosely. I used her several years ago and referred her to my brother at the same time. She is a compulsive liar - always blaming someone else - the wrong product arrived/they sent the wrong part/they messed up your order. That's if you can ever get a hold of her. She's prompt to show up for the first meeting and to get the order and after that .... well, good luck.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HER**** She was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I ordered my blinds in October and at the beginning of February I finally just canceled my order because I couldn't deal with her anymore and I need Blinds!! Initially she told me my Blinds would arrive in 3 weeks. On the expected arrival date, I had to contact her to inquire about my blinds, she didn't bother following up with me. Can you give zero stars??? EXACT same story as others' have experienced - I ordered my blinds in September (she was very knowledgable and knew her product - made great recommendations and I was happy with my order): it's now mid-Feb and still no blinds. She never follows up, is never pro-active and always has an excuse for why my order isn't ready - it's never been her fault. I'm horrified by this service and would warn others to STAY AWAY!! I've asked for a full refund, we'll see if that comes through.

Unfortunately we can share all the similar experiences of THE "SHADY" Lady with the other reviews on this page. 1. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WOMAN!! My husband and I have just built our dream home, and I had brought Shawna into my home as the build was still in process. She measured, we picked blinds and confirmed an instillation date.
