I purchased shades for the Shade Store at SouthPark for my entire home. When the first set of shades was delivered the installer indicated they were not correct and would be need to be reordered. I wait several more weeks and new shades were delivered and installed. Several were warped and bowed, and some were perfectly fine. I emailed photos and they sent a few replacements to my home.
