We made a casual visit to The Shade Store at The Village at SouthPark one afternoon and was very impressed with the blind displays and especially with Danny Fuller - Katz. The entire process from placement of our order to final installation went great. The installation crew was very professional and expeditious in completing the installation. I would highly recommend The Shade Store for your next blind project.
Working with the Shade Store - Danny Fuller-Katz specifically - has been a very good experience. The level of customer service is truly first rate. I purchased shades for the Shade Store at SouthPark for my entire home. When the first set of shades was delivered the installer indicated they were not correct and would be need to be reordered. I wait several more weeks and new shades were delivered and installed. Several were warped and bowed, and some were perfectly fine. I emailed photos and they sent a few replacements to my home.
