I thoroughly disliked my experience working with The Shade Store and will never use them again. From the very beginning, the experience felt off. During my first visit to the showroom to begin the design process, I did not feel welcomed at all. My review isn’t based on the product but the lack of service. I walked in and was not greeted once. There was a lady right in front of the door when I walked in who said nothing to me and a man at the counter in the back. There are no indicators of what anything is so you kind of NEED assistance, and I had questions as I’m buying blinds for my new build. But after 10 minutes of no acknowledgment I left.
I just got shades installed in my basement. The installation is perfect. The shades look great. I highly recommend their services.
Fantastic experience. Follow-up and guidance through the process was incredible. Would absolutely refer my network to work with Shade Store and anticipate us doing working with them again on future house projects. .
Low quality products and service. Even Home Depot is a better choice.
