My review isn’t based on the product but the lack of service. I walked in and was not greeted once. There was a lady right in front of the door when I walked in who said nothing to me and a man at the counter in the back. There are no indicators of what anything is so you kind of NEED assistance, and I had questions as I’m buying blinds for my new build. But after 10 minutes of no acknowledgment I left.
I just got shades installed in my basement. The installation is perfect. The shades look great. I highly recommend their services.
Fantastic experience. Follow-up and guidance through the process was incredible. Would absolutely refer my network to work with Shade Store and anticipate us doing working with them again on future house projects. .
Low quality products and service. Even Home Depot is a better choice.
