Beautiful window treatments and wonderful, professional service! From ordering to installation, the experience was really smooth. Lisa, the designer, was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
After an initial (rather lengthy) delay of response last year, I had an excellent, efficient experience having a solar shade installed. Would use Shade Store again.
I have had their shades installed a few times. They mostly work reasonably well, but the installation, service and support is atrocious. I’ve never had a person show up within 90 minutes of the 2+ hour arrival window. I’m currently getting blown off again right now. No one called to say how late the guy would be and if you call you can’t even get a scheduler on the phone to discuss it.
This is a review of my recent experience at the shade store. We purchased shades there almost 10 years ago and decided we needed an update my point person at the Mill Valley location was Lisa Cohan. She was engaged in helpful to inform me of any things that have changed since the last time we purchased window, coverings and shades.
