Second time using Shade Store - first time working with Thuy at the Laguna Niguel store. Had a really negative experience with the shade store We originally had blinds from restoration hardware which broke after many years . We ordered blinds from the shade store in a light gray velvet. We payed a ton of money for the blinds . When received the blinds have small little dots all the way across . We called and let them know and they replaced them with the exact exact same issue After back and forth emailing I was told that this fabric is light and it’s just the way it is . I purchased white roller shades through this location twice and their service is impeccable. I got the remote control shades this last time and I love them. Definitely worth the extra cost.

I recently purchased a large window shade for my picture window from The Shade Store. The quality, installation and coverage worked out perfectly. I’m so happy I took the advice from Shannon who assisted me. She took her time explaining everything and the coverage options. I felt so comfortable in making my final decision. Great store, quality products and kind staff!
