Customer service was horrible
The estimator came out and made it all clear. The installer was really helpful, professional and considerate. I’m highly satisfied with the blinds.
Unfortunately, after having great customer service with the shade store when having my shade installed, things have deteriorated. My shade has been broken for 6 months. I have gone through multiple emails to remedy this situation. They finally scheduled someone to come out and fix the motor; however, they canceled today. It seems at first that everything is great, but if something goes wrong with your shade, DO NOT expect any help, very poor customer service.
We can not say enough good things about The Shade Store and Shauna. She was patient while my wife and my indecision kicked in and guided us through the best solution for our difficult living room. We will be back soon to continue our house project. Thank you! Dan & Jennette
