Where do I begin? First of all, the shades themselves operate and look great. This review is about the customer service. Each shade was a little over $1000.00. The first shade was installed flawlessly, except I was not given a charging cord or any education about recharging the battery. I gave the Shade Store an opportunity to do business. I reached out and made an appointment that ended up being canceled day off due to their team being sick. An understandable occurrence. I rescheduled for a week later and again on the same day less than an hour before my appointment I received another cancellation due to a team member being sick. The estimator came out and made it all clear. The installer was really helpful, professional and considerate. I’m highly satisfied with the blinds.
