7/24 Update: We now have our install scheduled for Monday, 7/28, more than a month after our original install date. Also, I emailed the address provided in the response below last week on Tuesday, July 15th and have not heard back. -- I'd like to preface this by saying I don't typically leave reviews unless they are positive ones. Brady was very helpful when I was making arrangements within a difficult time schedule, encouraging and creative.
We throughly enjoyed working with Brady. He made the whole process so easy for us. He was extremely detailed and very knowledgeable. Has a very good eye for what looks good. We looked at several competitors and finally settled on Shade Store. Very happy with our decision
We worked with Brady in the 9816 Rea Rd C Blakeney/Charlotte, NC Shade Store location and he was fantastic from start to finish. We are so looking forward to the install of our shades! Brady was very personable and knowledgeable about his products. He showed us the products inshore and then came and saw our windows, and made some additional suggestions. We found exactly what we wanted.
