Showroom is beautiful and samples are wonderful. Kristi was very patient and knowledgeable.
Overall great experience at Shade Store. Kristi was wonderful to work with and made sure I was confident with my choice of drapery. She had a lot of patience with me. First time it was installed it was not level and she made sure to get Pros back out right away to fix. She truly wanted to make sure I loved what we had done and I appreciated that.
I love how my shades turned out and how easy the entire process was! I’ve already completed three projects with The Shade Store, and I’ve had a great experience every time. The team is fantastic—always helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to guide you through any questions or specific needs. Big shoutout to Kristi Doyle! Highly recommend! The only thing I’d love to see improved is a faster turnaround for delivery and installation. Other than that, I’m very happy with the quality, service, and final result!
