Another example of a company that earns its bad ratings with disrespectful staff and lost, clueless technicians that dont show up on the times they give you. I scheduled an appt between 10AM and 12PM. Took off work to be here at home to have them get measurements on a large window 30ft high. I did everything I was supposed to do including giving the order of the kinds of motorized blinds I wanted, the color, etc. Just needed an accurate measurement.
