Great shades, solid experience at the store, and decent experience with the field rep when she came out to our house - but a big delay with the install. We paid December 15th. Got the blinds installed about 1 month after. Unfortunately, when the installer showed up, they were missing a section of the blinds. Thankfully not a big window, but still. Very pleased with the shades, we have motorized as well as the others with pulls. Beautiful job by the installer, and very relieved, as a house that’s west-facing, with the solid quality of the shades, and the excellent service provided by Julia at the Encinitas store..

We were pleased to work with Julia Rhine at the Beacon La Costa Shade Store. She was very easy to work with. She seemed to understand what we were looking for. The whole project went smoothly. I have never experienced such professionalism and helpfulness when working on a project of this magnitude. She easily coordinated between the measurements and installation and everything looks great
