Julia was terrific as she guided us through the entire selection process explaining all our design and materials options. She made it so easy with samples and diagrams. Our installation was seamless. We love our new window coverings!

Great shades, solid experience at the store, and decent experience with the field rep when she came out to our house - but a big delay with the install. We paid December 15th. Got the blinds installed about 1 month after. Unfortunately, when the installer showed up, they were missing a section of the blinds. Thankfully not a big window, but still.
