Arrogant people bad customer service
Janet is an always knowledgeable professional and Robert is a customer satisfaction first installation pro. Repeat customer.
Fast and easy service.
There was a defect on one of the shades and the installer recognized it. He ordered a replacement and it was installed promptly.
Had a fantastic experience with Shade store. We have been consistently using them for about a decade. Recently worked with Janet in the FL Location and Seth was our installer. They are extremely responsive, courteous and very professional. They always do a thorough job and I’m happy to recommend them to anyone
