Wanted to leave a review for our technician Chris Moultrie who did an incredible job going above and beyond when he came to fix a couple issues we had with our initial install. If you can request him to be your tech I would highly recommend it!
I'm giving the shade store five stars only due to the technician, Chris M. This is the 4th time that he had to come back here and fix the issues with my shades-He's been absolutely awesome, he has resolved my issue yet again...He's the BEST!!
Shade store doesn’t just offer impeccable products- they offer incredible service too from start to finish! We’ve gone back now twice- once for additional projects and also to replace shades that were damaged from a leak. Would highly recommend!
A positive shout out regarding Chris M, the gentleman that installed and steamed my ripple shade drapery. He is a direct employee of the Shade Store. Chris was very knowledgable, capable and friendly. The day that Cris returned for the steaming we had actually been scheduled as the first stop of the day with another Shade Store employee who apparently turned out to be on vacation that day.
