Loved working with Darine. She automatically knew my style and helped me to choose the perfect fabric. The installers were efficient and professional. The installation was seamless. They took the time to carefully steam my drapes so they looked wonderful when completed.
Finally got window treatments after 13 years and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The Harvard Square showroom is terrific. We were treated very well from start to finish: lots of selection, excellent and skilled service at the show room, and the measurer and installer were knowledgable, neat, and on time. If we'd known it was going to be this easy, we might have done it years ago! We will definitely be back for more shades once we finish replacing the windows.
