This is the third home we have utilized The Shade Store for their products! We love the shades that just got installed at our house. All communications and scheduling were a breeze, and it transformed our space. Big shout out to Adrienne for helping us every step of the way!!
Went online to set up a measurement and quote for the window covering. I set up a time for someone to come out. Long story short they had no re ord of my request. I set up an appointment with the employee who called me. The day of the appointment, my appointment was canceled due to someone not showing up to work. Then I called the store. I spoke to an showroom representative who set up my 3rd try. There was no cancelation, but no one ever showed up at the appointment. Terrible service.
Love the look. Installation was professional. All work accomplished timely. Very happy.
