Andrea is just amazing! I worked with her on shades for 2 homes. She really cares about your experience and is so thoughtful in getting the right shades into your home. I told her about an absurd quote I got from another company and she exceeded my expectations when she promised to do much better on cost and installation timing. We hit snags with the motor voltage that was totally my fault, but Andrea was so graceful and helped us fix the issue immediately at no additional cost to us. Jason, the designer, was excellent and clearly very knowledgable about all of the products, but even more impressive was his design recommendations. He was easy to communicate with and was always very timely. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience working with the Shade Store to find the perfect window covering options for our new home. Andrea was beyond helpful in thinking through pros/cons of different options and helping find the right solution for us. We're so pleased with the final product. Highly recommend!
