I worked with Jason at the UVillage location on window treatments for the whole home. He was responsive, knowledgeable and kept the process moving along to the right solution. Overall really great experence with him and would work with him again in the future!

Very happy with drapes and shades. Andrea is super helpful responding to questions never directing client. Very responsive to communication after order through installation. Second installation, first last year. Each crew professional work, careful while in the home, respectful. I fully recommed The Shade Store at University Village.

I don't do many reviews but in this case I must. The level of service I have received from the Shade Store and in particular Jason Matthews has been outstanding. I've ordered two roll-down shades at different times through Jason, and he has followed up to ensure that we were completely satisfied.
