I had a great experience working with Nino at The Shade Store at University Village. Nino was always friendly, did a great job walking us through various options, and was very communicative throughout the order, shipping, and installation process. The guys that did the measurement and install were likewise friendly and professional, working quickly and cleaning and hauling away all boxes following the install. Also, our new shades look great! Thank you to the whole team, much appreciated!
These are the best shades you will ever have. We’ve purchased tons of cheaper shades, and they are not in the same class as The Shade Store. Nino and his team always go above and beyond to advise us of the best options for our home without ever being pushy. We have used them for multiple projects and we are so pleased with the service and end result. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future!
Jason Mathews helped us with blinds for our house—different rooms, different light, different decors, different needs. Through the entire process, he was helpful and patient, and he always responded to our questions quickly and professionally. The techs measured and installed the blinds speedily and correctly on the first pass, and we had some atypical measurements that might have made that a challenge. Well done. Thanks, Jason.
We were very pleased with our shade store experience. Andrea was extremely helpful with her design consultation services. She was professional and responsive and we loved our end result. Chris did a wonderful job with instillation as well. We definitely will be using them again in the future.
