We are very happy with our living room shades. Jason, the sales representative, was helpful and responsive, and the measurer and installer were efficient and professional.
The folks in the showroom are great and wonderful human beings. The product itself is garbage. It breaks constantly and takes weeks to repair even when that means the blinds in your bedroom are stuck open the whole time. I recommend shopping literally anywhere else.

Excellent work. We want to send a huge thank you. They’ve just installed phase one and we are so pleased. The quality is top end. The installer was so professional and skilled. They work seamlessly! They fit the age of the house so well, and we have privacy and light. We’re both thrilled and happy we finally found an easy and elegant solution for difficult architecture. They look great! Can’t wait for phase 2 and 3!
