We came to the store ready to place an order for three shades for our bedroom renovation, but the service was shockingly bad. The associate couldn’t have been less interested in helping us. When I asked her to walk us through the ordering process, she gave curt, dismissive answers that were not only unhelpful but downright rude. Disappointing customer service. Did 6 window blinds & 1 shade. Store did measurements, 3 weeks wait to deliver. Install was a challenge: 1 shade came in too short & valance was too long & installer left trash and furniture displaced. I’ve now (2 weeks after install) received a bill for correct length shade - their mistake on measurements so have emailed 2 times and called twice. - NO RESPONSE FROM CRYSTINE. Disappointing…and still waiting.
