We came to the store ready to place an order for three shades for our bedroom renovation, but the service was shockingly bad. The associate couldn’t have been less interested in helping us. When I asked her to walk us through the ordering process, she gave curt, dismissive answers that were not only unhelpful but downright rude. The entire interaction made us feel unwelcome and like we were inconveniencing her by even being there. Disappointing customer service. Did 6 window blinds & 1 shade. Store did measurements, 3 weeks wait to deliver. Install was a challenge: 1 shade came in too short & valance was too long & installer left trash and furniture displaced. I’ve now (2 weeks after install) received a bill for correct length shade - their mistake on measurements so have emailed 2 times and called twice. - NO RESPONSE FROM CRYSTINE. Disappointing…and still waiting.

The Shade Store just replaced both shades in my son’s room because one of them was having an issue with the pull-down mechanism. Because the original fabric was no longer in stock they let me choose a brand new one and replaced both shades in the room at no charge. Incredible customer service!!! Thanks to Liz F. for all of her help.

This was our second shade store purchase. Liz was our contact, and I found the whole process very simple and fast. Installers have all been professional, polite, and efficient.
