The Shade Store just replaced both shades in my son’s room because one of them was having an issue with the pull-down mechanism. Because the original fabric was no longer in stock they let me choose a brand new one and replaced both shades in the room at no charge. Incredible customer service!!! Thanks to Liz F. for all of her help.
This was our second shade store purchase. Liz was our contact, and I found the whole process very simple and fast. Installers have all been professional, polite, and efficient.

Total waste of time. They scheduled an appointment for measurements but never followed up afterward. Despite reaching out multiple times, I only received a couple of responses before communication completely dropped. It's a rare situation where the customer has to chase the company, but they clearly have no interest in doing business.
