Horrible experience working with the shade store. After a faulty installation, I could not get in touch with anyone from their team to schedule someone to come and fix it. 10 emails and multiple phone calls.. I would expect more after spending over $5000 on shades. I’ve given up on getting the issue fixed. Stay far away from this company if you want a quality product with decent customer service.
