Great experience from design to installation.
We recently had the pleasure to meet with Angela Kellett to discuss possibilities for our windows. We don’t usually write reviews, but Angela is such a stellar consultant that we are compelled to let others know about her. She is so knowledgeable, insightful, honest and clear. Staff was very accomidating and listened to my needs.
Very good service-- really appreciate the help in arranging a service person to come and his efficient fix once he arrived.
They waited one month and a half to tell me that two fabrics were back order when I originally told that my shade would be delivered and install with in 2 weeks . They came to my house to install the shade but the shade hadn’t even been delivered yet. I’m disappointed with their extremely poor communication.
