Juan Cisneros was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The process from picking out shade type/material, measuring windows, receiving quote, ordering product and scheduling installation was simple and smooth. Would highly recommend.
Bad service. It is overpriced, which I was happy to pay to get a quick turnaround. But that didn't go as planned. You have to wait 3 weeks to get an install date. Then they cancel install at the last minute, and then you are good for 3 more weeks (if all goes well). I won't be back.
I got my curtains up, and I’m so happy with them! The Shade Store in Berkeley provided excellent customer service, and I’m very satisfied with the whole experience. Especially, Ryan, who did the installation—he was super professional and did a fabulous job! I really appreciate his care and attention to detail.

I wish I had read their reviews on trust pilot before we spent $33,000 with them. Their customer service is nonexistent. Descibing them as disorganized and incompetent is an understatement. We worked with the store located in Lafayette, CA. We went in, picked our samples. The appointment for them to come and measure our windows was scheduled then rescheduled three times by the lady before she finally came out.
