Meme was a delight to work with and was able to answer all of our questions with grace and professionalism. The installation went well and we love our new blind. I can finally sleep in properly! Yeah!
What a scam. I placed an order with them back in May. After placing the order, they switched the blinds to a different color due to "backorder" of the original color I ordered, okay fine - no big deal. 1st Surprise, the "new" color is actually backordered as well - no email, no communication, NOTHING until I reached out to customer service in June to see what is going on.
