Ordered 20+ shades for our new business in Berkeley. I’d ordered similar shades a few years ago for our business in Oakland, so I had a sense for what I wanted. But my rep Kristin went above and beyond to help me decide what shades would work best, arrange for a detailed scope and measurement and ensure the install went smoothly - which it did. Kristin was very responsive and meticulous with the details needed for our project. As a long time interior designer, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with someone that really knew window treatments. She is a rarity!
The installers were all very fast, very neat and did a great job of both measuring and installing. Thank you to Marco, Willie and Jose for such good work.
Kristin at the Berkeley Shade Store was great to work with. Even though we were walk ins without an appointment she took the time to discuss all our options for blinds and drapes, making sure we left with fabric samples. Her follow up and all round attention to detail was top notch. Would highly recommend.
Easy, professional assistance from Kristin. Installers did quick and efficient installation. Only downside was long wait for product.
