Literally the worst experience ever. Have been waiting for my drapes to be installed since March 27. Spending over THOUSANDS of dollars and dealing with multiple issues such as drapes being delivered to the wrong address , installation not occurring because they send the wrong technician, Shade store sending incorrect parts and having to wait for them to be re ordered and delivered, but never expediting the process or providing updates.
