Really disappointed by this experience. I setup a measurement which was scheduled from 9-11am and the person arrived at 5pm after repeated calls and false promises. The measuring itself was fast but then there was no discussion of moving the project forward. I was told I would be contacted. Never received one call but got plenty of spam emails including a “letter from the CEO” who should clearly be spending more time reforming and leading then writing emails. Waiting six weeks for a simple install. Crew overstayed at the proj beforehand. Customer support team promptly and professionally resolved the scheduling issue.

Went to the Shade Store for blinds for my apartment. Claire was very helpful, listening to my needs and desires and receiving photographs of my apartment to get an understanding of the layout and the vibe. We were able to arrive at a decision with patience and much communication. The Shade Store team that came to scope out the job and install the blinds were exceptionally professional and efficient.
