Literally the worst experience ever. Have been waiting for my drapes to be installed since March 27. Spending over THOUSANDS of dollars and dealing with multiple issues such as drapes being delivered to the wrong address , installation not occurring because they send the wrong technician, Shade store sending incorrect parts and having to wait for them to be re ordered and delivered, but never expediting the process or providing updates. Extremely unhappy with the service I received from this store and the black-out blinds I had installed at my new apartment. Three weeks after installation, the blinds in one room are warping at the sides, curving away from the wall and letting substantial light in. I had already contacted the store after installation because the shades did not sit flush with the wall, and was told that nothing could be done about this.
