I think it's important to preface this review by saying that this is my first ever one star review. I normally try to be very understanding and am not often dissatisfied with things. Such a great experience working with Patricia — we are thrilled with the end result
Patricia provides great help to us on selecting the right shade for our new home. We love it so much. Patricias provided many great suggestion on what choices we shall make. Initially we picked something that look great, but was not the right choice for our south facing apartment. Patricia explained to us in details why we shall select 3% transparent shade instead of 10%. And what are the differences among different shades. "Absolutely appalling customer service from Shade Store. Purchased a faulty set of shades and blinds in May and despite countless emails, case numbers, and promises, the issue remains unresolved in August. It's incredibly frustrating to have paid in full for a product that doesn't work and to be met with such blatant disregard. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I demand a swift resolution to this matter.
Update: Shade store did work with me to achieve a resolution I felt was fair. I added an extra star for this. I'm truly disappointed to be leaving a one-star review for Shade Store. Fewer than 3% of reviews I’ve written are one-star, as I typically reserve this rating for experiences so problematic that no informed individual would willingly choose their services if an alternative was available.
