I contracted The Shade Store in Newport Beach and worked with Susie K. the main point of contact on 5/1/25 and order was placed 5/13/25. They had an expensive showroom in Newport Beach and they appear to have a satisfaction guaranty - which later realized is limited. I was told by Susie they will shoot for 7/1 install date which was our move in date.
