We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. The issues began with obtaining accurate quotes for custom shades, which required us to deal with multiple employees. Despite having a Shade Store employee take measurements, every shade we ordered (for five windows and a door) arrived incorrectly sized. This order was placed in June. Absolutely awful! Quality of the work is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. In addition, they missed four dates for installation and it is impossible to get a call from anyone at the office. I’ve been in the design business for over 20 years and have never dealt with a store so incompetent. Do not use them.
Lisa Smith is the absolute best! She helped us every step of the way, picking out the best style and fabric for our house and needs. We couldn't be happier with the quality and look of our new window treatments!
