I contracted The Shade Store in Newport Beach and worked with Susie K. the main point of contact on 5/1/25 and order was placed 5/13/25. They had an expensive showroom in Newport Beach and they appear to have a satisfaction guaranty - which later realized is limited. I was told by Susie they will shoot for 7/1 install date which was our move in date. Installation did come on 7/1 and but the installers ran out of time and could not install privacy drapes for the master bedroom. I was told by Susie that they are working on ... read more
