No real complaints with the shades themselves, we’ve had motorized roller shades for a few years now and they do what we want, integrate well with our smart home setup, etc; BUT we’ve recently had issues with charging the motor (it’s only the second or third time we’ve had to charge it). Professional and friendly service, great choice of products and good prices! Highly recommended.
Their motors are garbage. Operates on a different speed if you have different size windows in your apartment. You can’t adjust it. Motors are noisy. Customer service is below zero! They are sending packages one by one. Sick company! Why not to bring everything at installation date? Don’t deal with them. Pure hate towards them
