I am so disappointed with my very unprofessional experience with The Shade Store. I made an appointment for an in-home consultation to have shades, curtain rods and curtains installed throughout our entire new home, so was prepared to spend a lot of money having the job done. I received a call from Michelle Greene to book the appointment for over a week later due to staff absences, and she had to reschedule it again last minute the following week due to more staff absences. Great experience, easy to work with and very efficient process and knowledgeable staff.
Beautiful product that never works and service is terrible. We have had literally every shade battery in our home break and we’ve only lived here less than two years. They have been replaced at least twice now and we still have problems. Our son’s room shade battery broke for the third time now and we are on a full week of all sunlight in his room with no repair in sight because they sent the repair man to Austin and not DFW!!
