We had a great experience with the Shade Store. Carlos was amazing to work with. - he was very helpful when guiding us through fabric and style choices and made the whole decision process easy. The installation went smoothly and professionally as well. And we really appreciate that Carlos followed up after installation to make sure everything as perfect. Great service all around. Carlos has been fabulous throughout this process. I appreciate his patience and insight. The installers. Jose, Jose and Wally were also great. They were prompt, helpful in identifying potential problems and expert in resolving those problems. Overall this was a great experience.
