Update**: while Karissa replied and asked me to contact her to help address my issues, I emailed her twice in the last 7 days with no response. My assumption is that the reply is only meant to save face publicly and not interested in actually acting. And my issues continue to be unresolved. Unfortunately, we have had the worst experience with Shade Store and specifically Carlos. While most of the product is really nice, the customer service from Carlos has been awful. It has been almost 5 months since we placed our order and the project is still not complete. We had missing items on initial install and multiple shades ordered incorrectly. In trying to resolve the issues, Carlos was unresponsive for 4 days+ at a time and only responded when I called the store to speak to his manager did we get movement on trying... read more

My new solar shades were just installed and they have been a game changer! Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, they are keeping the bright sunset from streaming into my west facing windows and provide significant cooling benefit and privacy.
