Carlos immediately knew which fabrics to showcase and gave me enough options to consider without feeling overwhelmed. I purchased blinds from The Shade Store and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the service has been abysmal and the quality of workmanship appalling. Firstly, the blinds were delivered to the wrong address, causing a delay in installation. When they were finally installed, it was a disaster. Install #1 resulted in all blinds being incorrectly installed, damaging my walls in the process. I think so much of your experience is down to the professional with whom you interact. If you can get Carlos Reyes, consider yourself lucky. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional when I was considering a long set of motorized drapery to cover a 16 foot span. The end result was stunning, and Carlos helped guide me through some hiccups. Really top notch, down to the guidance of Carlos.
