I have worked with the Shade Store for three different projects and each one has turned out so beautiful and perfect. What a disaster! Ordered in Sept, waited 2 months and then on the day of the install the drapes were made incorrectly. Waited another 2 months, and the drapes were made incorrectly a second time. The manager of the store in WP can't be bothered to take a phone call, return a phone call or try to resolve the issue. We just get told to call the toll free customer hot line. What a joke. Their knowledge, professionalism, and true care for my whole house window treatment project was evident! Their deep experience (and tremendous patience) helped me create and select the right window treatments for my home. We can't begin to share how happy we are with our new window treatment from The Shade Store. The single worst customer service of any franchise in America. After lying about the installer arrival time, not once but THREE times they never showed. I stopped payment to Visa and they lied to Visa saying service was performed. Three months later we set an install date, I fly down to FL and Shade Store did not tell installer to pick up the Shades.
