Do not use the Shade Store. It has been an absolute nightmare. We have had the wrong shades shipped to us twice and made no effort to remedy our situation. We now have holes in our walls from the multiple incorrect installations. This has been one of the worst experiences we’ve had very had with a vendor. Not to mention we paid double what other vendors quoted us based on having a local store to help remedy issues. As our situation got worse, they became more soffit to get in touch with. Complete lack of communication and customer service. After around 8 months of waiting, my simple sheer drapery was finally installed, and it was such a disappointment. I realized that 6 pieces of fabric were sewed together. A waste of time and money, incompetent company.
Amazing exterior shade. Very fuctional. Lots of compliments from neighbors. Professional service. So happy!

Our experience and perception; We understand if a product may be delayed. What we do not understand or expect from The Shade Store is poor or no communication. Our sales rep. at the Winter Park Shade Store along with The Shade Store customer care dropped the ball by substandard communication. They let us down as a return customer.
