Their knowledge, professionalism, and true care for my whole house window treatment project was evident! Their deep experience (and tremendous patience) helped me create and select the right window treatments for my home. The single worst customer service of any franchise in America. After lying about the installer arrival time, not once but THREE times they never showed. I stopped payment to Visa and they lied to Visa saying service was performed. Three months later we set an install date, I fly down to FL and Shade Store did not tell installer to pick up the Shades. Do not use the Shade Store. It has been an absolute nightmare. We have had the wrong shades shipped to us twice and made no effort to remedy our situation. We now have holes in our walls from the multiple incorrect installations. This has been one of the worst experiences we’ve had very had with a vendor. Not to mention we paid double what other vendors quoted us based on having a local store to help remedy issues. As our situation got worse, they became more soffit to get in touch with.
