So happy with my roller shades. They turned out great. I have tall ceilings so was pleased with my decision to get electric shades.

While the selection process and ordering experience is excellent, the quality of product and installation is very poor. We’ve had Shade Store shades installed for 6 months within 3 rooms, and all three rooms have had the automated shades break within that time period. The timelines to fix are absurdly long - over a month. As a parent with a newborn and a busy professional, their customer service and speed of fixing their faulty product is beyond acceptable.
