I had a terrific experience with The Shade Store from start to finish. Our Sales Rep, Kate Henrickson, was extremely helpful in guiding us to the right product for our home. They did a superb job measuring our windows to get shades that fit perfectly and have the least possible gap between shades. We worked with Darron C in NYC for our home in West Palm Beach. The project took over a year and Darron was instrumental in its success. He helped with design, always keeping our budget in mind, and most impressively, supported the project through installation. He did not stop managing the effort at the point of sale. I had a great experience working with Darren at The Shade Store, located at 313 Columbus Ave. There is a wide selection of fabrics and styles to choose from. Darren was extremely helpful. He was patient and answered all of my questions. The technicians who measured my windows and installed the shades arrived just when they said they would. And, most importantly, our new shades look fabulous!
Truly a seamless, wonderful experience. My designer and sales associate Darron was knowledgeable and quick to respond to all communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to Darron and the shade store for my next apartment!
