Abigail was our salesperson and was very patient and provided terrific customer service. Nicholas installed the shades and did a wonderful job.
I have had my shades for over a year now. Installation and service were great and I initially loved my shades. One year in and my shades have broken down. One needed to be replaced because it broke, and I'm about to call in for another broken shade. I spent over $10K for a ridiculously cheap product which didn't last 2 years. Most recently I worked with Lynn, who was able to locate my old measurements and use them to compile a new quote quickly. She checked on me a few times during the process and offered me a sale price once it became available. Much appreciated.
Very high quality product and installation was fast and efficient.
