The customer service from The Shade Store in Mosaic was abysmal. After receiving a quote, it was impossible to reach anyone at the store. Salesperson did not respond to any of my three emails. Called on the phone, 3x, no answer. I really liked the product and finally ordered through the 1-800 number. The service there was very good. I also had a good experience with my measure and install. Would not recommend this location.
Our experience with the shade store has been exceptional. These folks are real pros. The measure, product and install are all stellar. Our install professional, Pedro was in particular fantastic. He gave me several pro tips on how to have the panels that were flanking the shades that he installed “dressed” to completely finish the room. This is our third room to be done by the shade store and we couldn’t be happier
Everything about the purchase, measurement and installation process was smooth and extremely professional and personable.
We recommend the Shade Store because we had good service, they stood by their product and were helpful when we needed a replacement.
UPDATE: Of the 5 rooms that we had fitted for shades, 4 have broken shades. All four rooms will need to be replaced by a different company. It has only been 3 years since purchase. Shade Store no longer responds to emails to get items fixed. These products are complete garbage. $10K down the drain.
