Excellent outcome! The Mimi Plange shades are beautiful and they look fantastic. The installation job was done with attention to detail and precision. The Shade Store is a great choice for elevating children's bedrooms and play spaces if you are interested in fun patterns. We love our new shades from The Shade Store. Our sales person, Trina, was so helpful in terms of selecting the style shades and fabrics. She showed me many options and gave me swatches to take home. The shades were installed very professionally. We love our new motorized roman shades on our first floor! They are gorgeous and hand so well. We also love the top down, bottom up light filtering cellular shades up stairs. From start to finish, The Shade Store was excellent!
UPDATE: Yet another shade has broken - this time in one of the bedrooms. The rope has broken and shade no longer goes up/down. I absolutely hate these products. They are complete garbage. $10K down the drain. I have had my shades for over a year now. Installation and service were great and I initially loved my shades. One year in and my shades have broken down. One needed to be replaced because it broke, and I'm about to call in for another broken shade. This was the perfect stress-free, hassle-free ordering and installation process I’ve gone through in a long time!
