Lynn at the Merrifield shade store was incredible to work with. She was knowledgeable about the product and was a huge help with the selections. But her real gift is when there is a problem with production she is quick to come up with a solution and get it executed. I would highly recommend working with her on your shades.

We love our new shades from The Shade Store. Our sales person, Trina, was so helpful in terms of selecting the style shades and fabrics. She showed me many options and gave me swatches to take home. The shades were installed very professionally. We love our new motorized roman shades on our first floor! They are gorgeous and hand so well. We also love the top down, bottom up light filtering cellular shades up stairs. From start to finish, The Shade Store was excellent!
