UPDATE: Of the 5 rooms that we had fitted for shades, 4 have broken shades. All four rooms will need to be replaced by a different company. It has only been 3 years since purchase. Shade Store no longer responds to emails to get items fixed. These products are complete garbage. $10K down the drain. We recently completed two orders with The Shade Store and couldn’t be happier. Lynn N. was amazing to work with—she helped us with all of our selections, was always responsive, and made the whole process so much easier. Greg A. did our installation and was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Everything was installed perfectly. The Shade Store is definitely more expensive than some other options, but the quality and service are worth it. We’re very happy with how everything turned out.
I was greeted warmly by Lynn Nguyen as I entered the showroom. It’s a wonderfully designed space where you can see the product line of all types of shades as well as drapery panels with an extensive supply of samples and plenty of room to mock things up as you finalize selections. Jacqueline at The Shade Store did an excellent job in helping us to design our bedroom and living room custom drapes. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the different materials and what would look well in our space. The drapes turned out beautifully. Will definitely work with her again in the future.
