Very poor customer service.
Highly recommend The Shade Home Folsom! We got all of our window blinds and large roller shades from them six months ago and received excellent service. Just recently, they came back out to our house to fix a small issue with the roller shades, no questions asked. Great customer service that doesn't disappear after they make a sale. Appreciate the support, team!
