We had the best experience with The Shade and Shutter Shop! We called and had a measurement appointment next day! Professional, prompt, explained anything we needed to know. And reasonable!! Hakim, the installer, was great!! When he wasn't pleased with a couple things, he told us exactly what he didn't like and then fixed it and made sure it was right. A Local Business, too - so absolutely recommend them!
Overall nothing negative to say they did an outstanding job. It did take a bit longer to get due to supply chain issues but they did what they had to make it all correct and installed perfectly...my mom and I are very pleased and will have a few more windows done

I liked the fact they had a full time installer. They showed me all the products that matched up with exactly what I wanted. Price was right, placed the order with no sales pressure. Very nice place to shop. The owner came by and took measurements today. She went over all the details and we made a purchase. No pressure to buy, down to earth great people to work with.I would recommend them for all your window treatments.
