Very pleasant experience buying a Yamaha outboard motor. It was ready for pickup after a two hour drive to get there, only took minutes for final inspection and loaded. I had never been to this location and was impressed. Snowmobile, motorcycle four-wheelers galore, could spend lots of time just looking around. Thanks.
Recently purchased a new Yamaha from Cody at The Shack. Great experience with top notch service and communication. Highly recommend visiting the store if you’re in the market.
Was in in the afternoon looking.to get a new riding jacket. Spent 10mins or so looking at the selection. Tried one on. Was never approached by a sales person even through two ladies were behind computers chatting up a delivery guy. Left without buying. Ill look elsewhere
Had a shot front tire passing through on a motorcycle trip and ended up here. They were fully booked so I asked if someone would give me an opinion on if it could get to Corner Brook where I was headed. Guy comes out, has a look at it, and tells me they'll do it because he didn't want me riding on it. Got me a beautiful tire that was a dream to drive for the rest of the trip, and I got to eat at Fletcher's across the street for the first and hopefully not last time while I waited. This Friday that passed I had a godsend from above my motorcycle was not rideable due to a rear wheel bearing that went. My brothers and I were traveling from the U.S New Jersey ro be exact. The motorcycle repair shop the shack (which we found by a miracle) went above and beyond to help me out..one person in particular Dalton. He took us in last min before closing on a Friday.
