Excellent customer service. I bought a Husqvarna sewing machine in March 2025 after having a couple of my machines serviced here. Elaine is so helpful with any questions or concerns that I have. She ordered in the extension table for me and helped get all the feet that I needed for my new machine.
The best place in town to have a machine serviced! I have also bought 2 machines there.

The couple who own this business are so helpful and genuine, I’ve been in many times with questions about my machine and stitching techniques and they always take the time to make sure I have the right tools and instructions to proceed with my project. They’ve helped me figure out an issue with my machine multiple times, too.
I have used this repair shop for years. In fact I purchased my Pfaff in 1992. He is the best repairman. Very knowledgeable as well as the gal that works there too. Thank you for professionalism.
