The couple who own this business are so helpful and genuine, I’ve been in many times with questions about my machine and stitching techniques and they always take the time to make sure I have the right tools and instructions to proceed with my project. They’ve helped me figure out an issue with my machine multiple times, too.
I have used this repair shop for years. In fact I purchased my Pfaff in 1992. He is the best repairman. Very knowledgeable as well as the gal that works there too. Thank you for professionalism.
