This review is actually based on an experience with Santa Maria Sewing Store but they are the same owners wan same repair people. I’ll be sharing my experience with Bernina corporate as well as they are currently a licensed Bernina repair shop. This store is extremely negligent- both Sam and Michael are incompetent at using machines. Just purchased the Bernette B68! They really had a deal for Black Friday. I've taken a class here before. Always helpful and informative. Great local shop.
Lovely experience at this store. Some fabrics but lots of machines.
