Sometime in the past, I head heart this store was closing. When I attended the Austin Area Quilt Guilds' show I learned it had been sold to a worker-bee. On our way home from Austin we stopped and I am so glad I did. Now I know of another place to shop.

I love the Sewing Basket.. Everyone there is so friendly and down to earth. They always have excellent selection of fabrics and even have great sales. I drive all the way from Georgetown to shop there.
