Our house has a history of basement sewer line clogs caused by kitchen backups. Since 2019, we have had to snake the sewer line at least once a year. We had Sewer Pros out for a sewer lateral inspection, and the experience was extremely concerning. During the inspection, multiple locations were flagged on-site by their own crew, and the camera was unable to pass through the entire line, indicating additional blockages or potential collapses. This was also consistent with prior cabling and snaking attempts from other technicians. I have been a customer of the Sewer Pros since I bought my house back in 2016. This past year, we had them come out for a sewer main inspection, which indicated we had some kind of blockage out to the city main requiring a camera inspection. Sewer Pros was aware that for the camera inspection, they would need a liaison from the city to be present to watch the camera inspection as part of a reimbursement program, but they sent someone out to do the work without getting on the city schedule, so I had to spend another $200 to g... read more
