This company came highly recommended by someone. They did not disappoint. My initial.call with them was taken by Dawn. She was very pleasant and courteous and scheduled me for just a few days away from the date I called. I was told someone would.text me when they were on the way, and they did. Scott arrived and was very professional and courteous. My husband and I spoke with him and he helped us understand our options and gave us estimates for each option. They came through clutch! After getting terrible service and the run around from drains R US for 2 days and not being able to run any water due to a sewer line back up. I called the sewer guys and they responded in less than an hour and had it fixed shortly after that. And their pricing was even more reasonable than what I expected. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and Tony was a great technician that got my drains flowing again. He was very confident and explained things to make it easy to follow what he was doing and finding. If I have a slow drain again I will not hesitate to call The Sewer Guys out again. Great service and super reasonable pricing.

Tony does a fantastic job! I called him in the morning and he worked with me all day to get my line unclogged. My line needs an excavator for full repair. So Tony recommended a company for the next step. I feel like Tony is someone I can trust and who cares about getting my problem resolved. His price was excellent! I cannot recommend Tony highly enough! Thank you so much!
