Very knowledgeable on Arai helmets. Many parts in stock. Basically everything if you have an Arai helmet. Top tier service
I have an account under Bob and one under Robert. I called to order a replacement part, said I bought the helmet from them. They couldn’t find my account, but I bought the part anyway. I got an email from Brianna saying she found my accounts, and merged them to avoid any further confusion. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?!! 🤘🤘
The Service Pavilion and the customer service that they provided me with, was absolutely outstanding. I shipped them a used Arai helmet that I had purchased off of Ebay for a rebuild, and was told that the helmet should not be worn and only used for display. They could not have taken the time to explain the true condition of the helmet, and went ahead and rebuilt it and shipped it back to me, just to make money off of the replacement parts and labor.
