Jay came out to give an estimate for a renovation project in our bathroom. He was very detailed and explained different options as well as potential issues with the job. Very courteous.
Receptionist on the phone was extremely friendly, they were able to get a plumber out a day earlier than planned, and the plumber determined that my drip was not enough of an issue to fix for now as it had basically dried up except for a little moisture. I was not charged for the estimate or the visit. Derek was awesome - a nice guy and clearly knowledgeable.
