I am usually an appointment maker, but today I just walked in. Luckily they'd had a cancellation and were able to help me immediately. For reference, I'm a single female, so going to the mechanics isn't exactly fun - get ready for the half truths and price bumping in my experience). The guys knew exactly what I needed, gave me a price before work (affordable) and offered seating while I waited. They were quick and polite, my car was immaculate on return (my car is my baby).
