Within a month of signing up with them, they were able to determine our shops character and "quirks" so when we get the "odd" call, they are able to intercept it and take a message. A life saver. Excellent service from all team members and they have a great system setup to ensure quality communication for your business. The onboarding process was very smooth and I feel very comfortable letting them handle calls scheduling and estimates. Proud to have them as part of my team.
They would constantly make mistakes and then gaslight you into thinking its somehow your fault. The owners and managers talk like AI chat bots. Fake personalities, and can't take ownership of their mistakes.
