Working with Shelby and Alex for buying our home was a breeze! Moving from another state we had to do a lot of the home buying steps virtually, but Shelby was constantly in contact with us and our builder. She went out of her way to go on site when we couldn't be there, and sent updated videos and pictures as our house was being built. She was always prompt with getting out questions answered and had great contacts for anything we needed. Would highly recommend the Serrao team when buying a home!
