I moved into The Serrano one year ago and could not be happier with my choice for living on the UES. The amenities , cleanliness and updated apartments drew me in, as well as the initial warmth I felt when I first viewed the building. All of this and a lot more proved true for the year I have been here. The entire staff is very welcoming and provides a feeling of community. Hilenne was beyond helpful in resolving an issue with packages despite us having moved out of the Serrano years ago. Very professional, responsive and courteous!
Cari has been absolutely amazing at Sereno at Sunrise in Florida. From day one, she took the time to really walk us through everything, answer every question and make sure we fully understood the property, the rental options and the entire process. The way she showcased the community and guided us on the tour made everything feel clear, stress-free and super welcoming. Truly appreciated her patience, knowledge and energy.
Hilenne Toribio, the tenant relations coordinator is so wonderful. she takes the time to organize special events such as holiday parties, yoga, events for the children, etc., and brings all of the residents together in such festive ways. It is such a pleasure to live in a building with such a strong sense of community and amazing, kind staff.
Great staff. Everyone is super personable. Especially love that they have a dog park for residents to use.
