The staff here is A+. Really cordial and friendly. The Super and his staff are quick to respond and fix things appropriately. We spent 8 years in this building and loved every minute of it.
There is nothing in NYC equal to living at The Serrano! There's an atmosphere of community, warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail throughout the building. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive whenever there's an issue, or not an issue. I've only lived in my apartment for about a month, but everyone has made an effort to know my name, and make it known that they're available in any way, shape, or form to assist. I lived here for 4 years and had an amazing experience. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, always making sure residents feel welcome and comfortable. The community is well-maintained, and any concerns are promptly addressed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!
I enjoyed living at The Serrano for 2 years! The doormen are fantastic and the amenities really made our lives better. Between the AMAZING rooftop, dog park on the 3rd floor, and lounge on 3rd floor are highlights. Incredibly convenient location, with M31 and M86 bus stops right out front. Highly recommend living here.
