Horrible people….just tried calling to get information to see best option for grandmother in late 80’s.. Not only did they answer in a tone that was lacking any projection of wanting to assist but the line disconnected (and I’m not sure if it was in accidental disconnection at all) but line disconnected and haven’t been a to get a human voice on the phone since.
