Mr Mo sent me a bill for 1200 and told me that if the project he was working on cost less he’d issue me a credit. 2 days later sent me another bill for almost 1800. I told him I no longer wanted his services and I wanted a refund of part of my payment. He refused. He didn’t finish the work he started (he charged me for a light & pole- I only got a pole to date.). He left wire in my yard and didn’t bury it. He charged me for items I didn’t ask him to do. Mr Turgeon has provided major electrical services for me and I have found him to be the ultimate professional. His major project was to run a high voltage line from the commercial service box on my farm several hundred feet to a walk--n cooler and supply the connections required for the cooling unit, and allow for future expansion. He was timely, within budget and did an excellent job. I could not recommend him more highly.

I called this gentlemen and asked him about coming to my home for an electrical setup, he said okay. Called back to schedule a time and when he found out I was getting two quotes (because who doesn’t get more than one estimate before purchasing?) he got really mad. He said he is “best in the business” and refused to come to my house because I was getting other estimates. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I tried to call this gentleman to get him to come to our house and, I guess, because we have a different area code than this area typically has (we just moved to Alabama) he answered the phone, immediately hung up and then blocked our numbers. Extremely unprofessional for someone who runs a business to not answer the phone and ask who it is. I read good reviews on this man and was hoping to do business but apparently he does not want it. Could not be more disappointed.

Let me tell everyone how pleased I am with Semi-Retired Electrician, and the owner, Mr. Turgeon. We had a lightning claim at our home that caused extensive damage to our panel box, wiring, applicances, etc. (Our home is a 100-year-old home that probably needed some updating in the electrical and plumbing areas, frankly).
