Their team is not proactive with communication, timelines and meeting submission deadlines in a way that will not impact someone represented by them. If you enjoy needing to keep a law firm accountable then this group is right for you. I would not recommend working with them otherwise.
The administrative assistant, Karen, who picks up the phone for this firm, is rude, arrogant and has little knowledge of anything remotely related to immigration. She is quick to tell you how much you can pay for a “consultation” when she doesn’t even understand what you are consulting for. Maybe hire someone who doesn’t shut their ears as soon as they hear an accent?
She worked magic for me. Very grateful for her work
