Natavia is the absolute best! Her customer service and skills are the best I’ve ever experienced. She was accommodating with squeezing me in for an appointment even though she was fully booked that week (paid a fee). Then I was late getting to my appointment after mixing the times up. She was still able to service me and did it with a smile on her face! Natavia is by far the best lash tech she is so sweet and such a great person , her work is amazing. I love that she takes her time and is so gentle she is so educated about lashes. You can literally fall asleep and wouldn’t even feel her doing lashes lol, her retention is so great I recommend her 100%
